  • Auto-map your fieldsOne click, and every trigger field is matched to the right field in the app you connected. No mapping rows by hand — check what it picked, change anything, save.
  • Auto-fill test dataOne click fills every field with realistic sample values, so you can run the flow and watch it land for real — before it goes live.
How it works

How a flow comes together

Four steps, start to finish. Everything happens on the screens you already have in wp-admin — there is no second dashboard to learn.

1Pick your trigger

Choose what starts the flow — a form entry, a new order, any supported app.

Integrations

Works with the forms and the store you already run

Integrazo Flow listens to the WordPress form and store plugins you already run, and writes to your CRM and spreadsheet tools, starting with Zoho CRM, Zoho Bigin and Google Sheets, with more added regularly. No middleware, no third-party server in between: your site talks to the app directly.

Triggers — where the data comes from

Any of these can start a flow. Pick the plugin, pick the form or the event, and Integrazo Flow reads the entry the moment it is submitted.

Actions — where it lands

Each action uses a stored connection, so you authorise the app once and reuse it in every flow.

Zoho CRMCreate or update Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Deals. Choose the module, then map each field.
Zoho BiginPush contacts, companies and pipeline deals into Bigin as soon as the form comes in.
Google SheetsAdd a row to any sheet — a running log of entries, orders or sign-ups you can filter and share.

Use cases

What people actually automate with it

Every one of these is a single flow you can build in a few minutes — no code, no external automation service, no per-task bill at the end of the month.

Contact Form 7 → Zoho CRM

Turn every enquiry into a CRM lead

A visitor submits your contact form and the lead is in Zoho CRM before you have finished reading the email notification — name, email, phone and message already in the right fields.

WooCommerce → Zoho Bigin

Open a deal for every order

A new WooCommerce order creates the contact in Zoho Bigin and opens a pipeline deal for the order value, so your sales pipeline matches your store without anyone retyping it.

Any form → Google Sheets

Keep a live sheet of every entry

Add a row to Google Sheets for each submission. Handy for the people on your team who will never log in to a CRM but live in a spreadsheet all day.

Elementor Forms → CRM, with a condition

Route enquiries by what they asked for

Use a YES/NO condition on a dropdown or budget field: big enquiries go to one Zoho CRM owner, everything else takes the other branch. One flow, two paths.

Gravity Forms → CRM + Sheets

Two destinations from one submission

Add as many actions as you need to a single flow. Create the Zoho CRM contact, then log the same entry to a sheet — they run in order, and both show up in Sync Logs.

Filters & delays

Skip the junk, wait before you act

A filter stops spam and test entries from ever reaching your CRM or spreadsheet. A delay step holds the flow for a set time, so a follow-up action does not land the same second as the enquiry.

Features

Everything the builder gives you

Integrazo Flow is a WordPress automation plugin, not a hosted service. Every step below runs on your own server, on your own WordPress cron, with your own API credentials.

🧩

Visual flow builder

Build the flow as a vertical chain of steps inside wp-admin. Add a step anywhere, reorder it, and see at a glance which ones are configured.

Multi-step actions

One trigger, as many actions as the job needs. Create a CRM contact, open a deal and log a sheet row from a single form submission.

🔀

YES/NO conditions

Split a flow in two on any field. Combine rules with AND and OR, then put different steps under each branch.

🧹

Filters

Stop a run before it costs you anything. If the entry does not match your rule — spam, a test, the wrong product — the flow simply does not continue.

⏱️

Delays

Hold a flow for minutes, hours or days before the next step runs, for follow-ups that should not arrive the same second as the enquiry.

🔗

Field mapping

Match each form field to the app field it belongs in. Fixed values and mixed text work too, so you can tag a source or set a default owner.

AI field mapping

Connect Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude with your own API key and let it propose the whole mapping, then change anything before you save.

🧪

Test Run

Run the flow on demand with sample data and watch each step report back, so you know it works before a real customer triggers it.

📋

Sync Logs

Every run is recorded with a timestamp, a status — success, partial, failed or pending — and how long it took. Filter by flow or by date.

🔄

One-click resync

When a run fails because an app was down or a token expired, fix the cause and resync that exact entry from the log. Nothing is lost.

🔐

Reusable connections

Authorise your CRM and spreadsheet tools — starting with Zoho CRM, Zoho Bigin and Google Sheets — once. Tokens are stored encrypted, refreshed automatically, and shared across every flow.

🛡️

Runs on your server

Your form data goes from your WordPress to the destination app and nowhere else. No middleman queue, and no per-task fee for the privilege.

Plugin vs. SaaS

Why a WordPress plugin instead of a hosted automation service

Zapier, Make and the rest are fine tools, but they charge by the task and every submission you send them leaves your server first. Integrazo Flow does the same job from inside WordPress.

Integrazo FlowHosted automation services
What you pay for A yearly licence per site. Runs are not counted. A monthly plan with a task quota, plus overage when a busy month goes over it.
Where your data goes Straight from your WordPress to Zoho or Google. Nothing is stored elsewhere. Through the provider’s servers, where entries usually sit in a run history.
Number of flows As many as you like, with as many steps as you like. Often capped by plan tier, both in flows and in steps per flow.
Form plugin support Reads your WordPress form and store plugins natively, including WooCommerce. Usually needs a webhook add-on or a paid connector on the WordPress side.
Where you work In wp-admin, next to the forms you are automating. In a separate dashboard, in a second browser tab, with a second login.
If a run fails Sync Logs shows the error and you resync that entry in one click. Varies — replays are a paid feature on several platforms.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The things people ask before they install it. If yours is not here, the support team will answer it.

What is Integrazo Flow?

Integrazo Flow is a WordPress automation plugin. It watches for something happening on your site — a form entry, a WooCommerce order — and then runs a flow you have built: actions in your CRM and spreadsheet tools — starting with Zoho CRM, Zoho Bigin and Google Sheets, with more added regularly — with filters, delays and conditions in between. Everything runs on your own server, inside wp-admin.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You pick your trigger from a list, pick your action app, match the fields, and hit Test Run. There is no code, no webhook URL to paste and no JSON to write. If you can set up a contact form, you can build a flow.

Which form plugins does Integrazo Flow support?

Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Forms, Fluent Forms, Forminator, Formidable Forms, Ninja Forms, Everest Forms, ARForms, JetFormBuilder, MetForm, SureForms, HappyForms, Kali Forms, NEX-Forms, WSForm and weForms — plus WooCommerce and WordPress core events.

Which apps can it send data to?

Starting with Zoho CRM, Zoho Bigin and Google Sheets, with more added regularly. In Zoho CRM you choose the module — Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals — and what the action should do with it.

Is it a plugin or a SaaS subscription?

A plugin. You install it on your WordPress site and it runs there. There is no account to create on our servers and no data of yours passing through them. The licence key exists only to deliver updates and support.

Are there per-task or per-run fees?

No. The licence covers the number of sites in your plan, and those sites can run as many flows and as many runs as they need. A busy month costs the same as a quiet one.

Is there a free version?

Yes — The core plugin is free on WordPress.org and covers a single-step flow. Pro adds multi-step flows, filters, delays, conditions, Sync Logs with one-click resync, the AI agents and direct support.

What does the AI agent do, and do I need one?

It does two jobs: it proposes your field mapping, and it fills in realistic sample data so you can test a flow without placing a real order. You connect Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude with your own API key, so the usage is billed to your own AI account. It is entirely optional — leave it switched off and every feature still works by hand.

Where is my form data stored?

On your own server. A run goes from your WordPress straight to Zoho or Google over their official APIs. The only record kept is the entry in your own Sync Logs table, in your own database, which you can clear whenever you like.

What happens if a step fails?

The run is marked failed or partial in Sync Logs, with the error the app returned and how far the flow got. Fix the cause — a re-authorised connection, a required field — then hit Resync on that log entry to run it again with the original data.

Will long flows slow my site down?

Flows do not run inside the visitor page load, so the person submitting the form is not left waiting on an API call to Zoho. Steps are processed in the background, and a delay step simply schedules the rest of the flow for later.

Are my Zoho and Google credentials safe?

Connections are authorised over OAuth, so you never paste a password into the plugin. Tokens are stored encrypted in your database, refreshed automatically, and you can test or revoke any connection from the Connections screen.

Can I use one licence on several sites?

Yes, up to the site count in your plan — 1 or 5 sites. Flows are built per site, and a connection you create on one site stays on that site.
